Teaching Aims: a) Knowledge objectives To listen,say,read ,write these new words : ducks, pigs, sheep, cows, geese. To use the main sentences and the plural of some countable nouns: --What are they ? --They are ... b) Ability objectives To have the skills of asking and introducing something by using the main sentences and the plural of some countable nouns. c) Moral objectives To arouse students’ thinking and improve their abilities of communication. To train students’ cooperation and creative abilities. II. Teaching Methods: The situational method The communicative approach Group-work study. III. Teaching Important Points: New words and sentences learning . IV. Teaching Difficult Points: The plural of some countable nouns. V. Teaching Aids: Blackboard, CAI, word cards, curriculum schedule. VI. Teaching Procedures: Step1 Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls? S: Good morning, Miss Zhou. T: How are you today? S: I’m fine, thank you. And you? T: I’m fine, too. Thank you, sit down please. Step2 Warming-up Let the students see a video “Number duck song” to lead in new lesson Unit7. Step3 Presentation (1)Teacher shows some pictures of one animal and many as to lead in new words: ducks, pigs, sheep, cows, geese. (2)Teacher leads to read new words, pay attention to the pronunciation and emphasize the plural of some countable nouns . (3)Practice two special plurals of countable nouns----“Choose the right one” (4)Practice the new words----“Try to guess” (5)Practice writing the important sentences. (6)Learn the text “Listen and say”. [Teacher uses one picture to lead in the dialogue,students listen to the tape 1 time and follow the tape to read 1time, then stand up ,read by themselves and fill the blanks .] Step 4 Practice (1) Game time----“Challenge memory game” (3) Play a guessing game Step 5 Summary Teacher leads to read the new words and main sentences on blackboard. Step 6 Homework 1. Read the text fluently and perform dialogue with your classmates.(必做) 2. Write the key words 10 times and the important sentences 5 times.(必做) 3. According to the text, make up a new dialogue with the important words and sentences.(选做) Step 7 Love animals VII. Blackboard Design: Unit 7 What are they? --What are they ? -- They are geese sheep ducks pigs cows 教学反思:
1、 小组积分过于主观化,应该民主化。

2、 练习环节过于拘谨,应该多拓展,给学生自由发挥的空间。

3、 讲授过程应该抑扬顿挫,不要声音过于低沉。

4、 课堂用语要尽量简洁,避免重复。
